Our quality efforts include the establishment of a Quality Management System (QMS); developed, implemented, maintained, and is continually evaluated for its effectiveness to the requirements specified in the ISO 9001:2000 International Standards Requirements. Many of our facilities have achieved this certification, with the balance in an advanced stage of receiving certification.

We have also mandated the corporate wide adoption of a Lean Six Sigma methodology to enable us to leverage information on best-in-class techniques for measuring and managing quality standards.

The adoption and application of Lean Six Sigma tools such as Kaizen are being used to accelerate the velocity of processes by reducing waste and improving efficiencies. And the implementation of our ‘Voice of the Customer' program will enable us to find new ways to provide defect free process outcomes to improve effectiveness.

With the creation of a specialized Project Management Office, we are driving business process improvement methodologies throughout the organization and introducing new principles and tools that will drive continuous innovation.

Our Methodology

For over 35 years we have been refining our solution design methodology to incorporate best practices, evolving industry standards and our deep industry expertise. The result is a proven and consistent development framework rooted in the foundation of communication, collaboration, analytics, mature processes, effective execution and quantified measurement metrics.

Resolve's solution design methodology takes a four phase approach including:

  • Planning – here the project structure, change management procedures, and planning documents are produced. Key deliverables include the Project Management Plan and the Implementation plan.
  • Discovery – working with the client, functional, technical, data, architecture, interface, and performance requirements are documented and refined.
  • Design – the detailed engineering specification for the data, architectural, interface, procedural designs, and test plans are developed.
  • Configuration – the solution, including software, hardware, interfaces, resources, and facility, is configured to meet the client's specifications.

All elements of the solution are tested to ensure it is performing correctly and that a seamless data flow exists. The solution is also subjected to extensive stress testing to ensure that all data structures, processing engines, and data communication protocols contain sufficient critical mass, stability, and processing horsepower.

During each phase of solution design we use proven project management, development and maintenance methodologies including PMBOK and CMMI to mitigate risk and deliver your solution on time and on budget.

Quality management is enacted early in the project management cycle to ensure that quality, and quality targets, are considered during all phases of solution development and delivery.
