Lawrence Zimmering
Lawrence is responsible for the overall business direction taken by Resolve. Under his entrepreneurial leadership, the company continues to expand its revenue and client base at a rate that places it among the world leaders in business process outsourcing.
Mr. Zimmering is responsible for the overall business direction being taken throughout North America.
James (Jamie) M.E. Hyde
Jamie is responsible for Resolve's finance and administration functions across product lines, and he oversees Resolve's activities with the investment community.
Jamie has over 28 years of experience in financial management and strategic leadership, most recently as Chief Financial Officer at GSW Inc., a TSX-listed company. He began his career with Ernst & Young LLP, progressing to Partner, and providing audit, advisory, and corporate finance services to a variety of Canadian businesses.
Bruce Derraugh
Bruce is accountable for operations and all aspects of the company's revenue growth initiatives, including the successful execution of Resolve's overall growth and strategy plan.
Having held senior management positions at Allstream (including Senior Vice-President of Professional Services and Vice-President of Managed Professional Services), at Fusepoint Managed Services (including Vice-President of Sales and Marketing), at Bell Canada (including Vice-President, E-Business Solutions; Vice-President, e-Marketing and Distribution; and Vice-President, Product Management and Development), and at Hewlett & Packard (Canada), Bruce brings almost twenty years of marketing experience to Resolve.
Stephen (Steve) Gesner
Steve oversees all aspects of enterprise technology at Resolve Corporation.
Bringing more than 28 years of diverse experience to Resolve, Steve has served in the automotive, financial services, consulting, and telecom sectors. Steve held senior management positions with Ford Motor Company and worked as the Chief Technology Officer at TD Bank Financial Group and Capgemini, before moving to Telus as their VP, Finance Vertical Marketing. Most recently, Steve was the Chief Information Officer at Meridian Credit Union.
Steve has an MBA in Finance and Operational Research and a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Biology, both earned at York University. He currently serves on the boards of Phantom Fiber, Smart Systems for Health, and PCAS.
